Our Lead Team

Natalie Poulin-Lehoux

 

Natalie has been in the education field for over 18 years. She holds a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Ottawa and two Baccalaureat Degrees (Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and Education from Laurentian University). She specializes in Pedagogy and Andragogy, and has worked as a Teacher and Professor, Course Developer and Educational Consultant for various organizations including Collège Boréal, Centre FORA, CSPGNO and Laurentian University and the University of Sudbury. 
 
Natalie is particularly interested in fostering collaborations among post-secondary institutions, in order to facilitate student mobility and transfer. 

Founder of Simplify Happiness, Natalie also works to offer Educational Programs in the fields of Wellness, Mental Health and Spirituality. Student success and helping people build pathways to achieve their goals is her main priority.

Anne Cooper

 

Founder of Learning Initiative, a human resource development company, school and community with the mission to foster the growth of an enterprising, self-reliant, resilient, and collaborative population, Anne has over 20 years of experience with Adult Education. She and her team deliver programs, courses and workshops that honour, develop and support the human beings that animate businesses and organizations. They work primarily with staffs of organizations to build more productive, motivated, cohesive workplaces, and with small business owners, building a supportive business community. 

 

As an accredited Ontario teacher, Anne has honed her teaching skills at such prestigious schools as The National Ballet School in Toronto as well as in other very skill specific positions within the Toronto and Lincoln County Boards of Education and the Faculty of Education at the University of Toronto.

Charlotte Primeau

 

Charlotte has been working in the education field for over thirty years in various capacities. Having worked at elementary, secondary and post-secondary levels, she has a broad knowledge of education, particularly adult education and general and foundational knowledge. She has published many books and pedagogical resources specializing in numeracy, litteracy, essential skills and student success. 

​

Currently the Director of Continuing Education at Collège Boréal, Charlotte has also worked as the Director of Upgrading Services and General Education at Boréal, as a Teacher, Educational Consultant, Author and Project Manager for various School Boards, Colleges, Universities, Ministries and Publishing Companies. She has also served on various Boards such as le Conseil d’administration de la Coalition ontarienne pour la formation des adultes (COFA), Heads of Interdisciplinary Studies (HOIS) of Ontario Colleges, Ontario Colleges Language and Communication Council, Ontario Colleges Liberal Arts and Science Council and many others.
